By using PureLux Laundry services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.

Complaints can be reported via call or email.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery Charges:

Orders above ₹500: ₹50 pickup & delivery charge

Orders below ₹500: ₹100 pickup & delivery charge
Any additional charges will be informed in advance.

👕 Unclaimed Garments:

Orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded.

Garments uncollected for 60+ days will be donated/disposed.

2. Garment Handling & Quality

📌 Item Count & Responsibility:

PureLux Laundry is not responsible for missing items if count is not confirmed at pickup/delivery.

📋 Quality Check & Reporting Issues:

Customers must check all items at delivery for count & quality.
Any issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Responsible For:

Color bleeding

Shrinkage

Fabric wear or damage

Embellishment damage
As these depend on fabric nature.

🔄 Re-Cleaning Policy:

If not satisfied with cleaning, one free re-cleaning for the same item will be provided (report within 12 hours).
Stain removal is not guaranteed, as it depends on fabric & stain condition.

3. Special Fabrics & Non-Serviceable Items

🌟 Special Fabrics:

Delicate fabrics (silk, wool, etc.) may require special treatment & additional charges.
Inform us about special care instructions.

🚫 Non-Serviceable Items:

Clothes infested with bedbugs or pests

Biohazardous or extremely soiled garments
Such items may be refused or charged extra.

👤 Customer Responsibility:

Customers must check pockets and remove valuables before giving clothes.

4. Delivery & Urgent Orders

⏱ Standard Delivery Times:

Laundry & Ironing: 70 hours

Dry Cleaning: 5 days

⚡ Urgent Orders:

Express services available at extra charges.
One-day delivery not available before weekly offs or public holidays.

📈 Peak Season Delays:

During high-demand seasons, delivery may take longer.

5. Compensation & Liability

🧵 Designer Wear Pricing:

Charge depends on garment complexity & material.

💰 Compensation Policy:

For damaged garments, compensation is limited to 10 times the service charge.
PureLux Laundry is not responsible for loss due to fire, burglary, or unforeseen events.

⚖ Legal Disputes:

All disputes fall under state jurisdiction.

6. Payments & Refunds

💳 Payments:

Payments must be made to official PureLux Laundry accounts only.
Payments to personal numbers are not accepted.

↩ Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Once processing starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If prepaid order is canceled before processing, refund will be issued within 7 working days (processing fee deducted).

🧾 Store Credits:

Store credit must be used within 6 months.
Expired credits will not be valid.

7. Force Majeure Clause

⚠ Unexpected Events:

PureLux Laundry is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond control:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Power failures

Strikes or labor disruptions

Efforts will be made to resume service as quickly as possible
